A&D Recruitment are proud to be working for this well-established Chartered Financial Planning practice, who due to continued growth, is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team based in Shrewsbury. 

The successful Administrator will be supporting our client’s Financial Planners and clients carrying out the following duties:

  • Provide general support to Advisers and Paraplanners as required
  • General office and administration support
  • Producing/sending letters and via phone calls/emails

The ideal Administrator will have the following abilities and experience:

  • Similar experience of providing office admin support
  • To be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail
  • To be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment
  • To be organised and able to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly nature with a strong team oriented nature
  • The desire to constantly learn and improve their own abilities
  • Good IT skills

  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
