Contract Supervisor - Building Fabric - Exeter

Our Building Services client is currently seeking a Building Fabric Contract Supervisor, you will oversee a large contract and liaise with all relevant departments within the business and their client. This is mainly a field-based role and travel across the South West is to be expected.

As the Contract Supervisor you will be managing a very exciting multi service S.W regional contract direct for the largest hospitality provider in the UK, including Building Fabric & Roofing, PPM, Compliance, Responsive & Minor project works.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-time delivery of services to meet and exceed agreed SLAs
• Surveying planned works preparing quotations liaising with estimating team
• Liaising with Operations Coordinators in efficient scheduling
• Liaising with sub-contractors
• SLA/KPI management and monitoring
• Managing Quality & HSE

Required:

• CSCS card (not essential)
• DBS Certification check will be required
• Computer Literate
• Account/Project Management experience (advantageous)
• Experience in Commercial buildings & Hospitality sector (essential)
• Appropriately qualified
• Full driving license
