A&D Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established family run Shrewsbury based company.  They are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their friendly team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Digital Marketing Executive.  Our client is looking for a driven, hands-on and innovative individual with a passion for all things digital to manage their website, social media, emails, marketing automation and so much more!

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, from website updating and traffic analytics, creating email and targeted digital campaigns including PPC, managing the social media channel, writing SEO efficient copy, and looking after performance of the CRM.

Experience of WordPress, Google AdWords, marketing automation platforms and CRM management essential. Other marketing skills such as Photoshop, InDesign etc… beneficial.   A formal Marketing Qualification would also be beneficial but not essential.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities to include:

  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
  • Drive traffic to company pages
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

There is future potential for the right candidate to progress into a management role where you would have a part in developing sales and marketing strategy and leading other team members in lead generation, sales and estimating.
