Our client is currently seeking an Internal Service Sales Executive to be an integral and key member of the service team to support internal and external sales processes with the objective of gaining new service sales revenue as well as developing existing customers by expanding their scope and service delivery.  As part of the role, the successful Sales Executive must be a self-motivated and team player with the ability to work on their own initiative. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new prospects within target industry sectors via telephone and email
  • Quoting & follow up calls to secure new opportunities
  • Quoting new enquiries that come through service desk and website (commercial & industrial) 
  • Contact existing customers and account manage as appropriate
  • Ensure the salesforce CRM system is kept updated at all times
  • Chasing quoted works and proposals for commercial and Industrial Biomass markets as well as small projects
  • Directing leads to the sales team and supporting where needed
  • Liaise with Operations team when required

Personal

  • You will have proven experience of working in a telesales role ideally within facilities management
  • Excellent at building strong business relationships
  • Good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
  • Ability to take on new task, duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Organised and able to prioritise work load
  • Full Driving Licence and own transport required due to office location

Remuneration:

  • Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 (plus commissions) OTE £33,000
  • 25 days holiday plus Banks
  • Company Contributory Pension Scheme after probation
