Internal Sales Executive - Shrewsbury

Our client is looking to recruit a temporary Internal Sales Executive for an immediate start.

The company are looking to recruit an office based candidate who excels at engaging with clients on the telephone to impart confidence and become a trusted advisor.

Duties will include:

• Qualify incoming schools leads                                                               
• Respond to all web based enquires, including online chat
• Carry out CRM calls not yet qualified.  
• Entering details onto internal CRM system
• CRM opportunity/activity checks                                                                                                 
• Filing – Including re arranging parked and closed packs monthly      
• Taking and directing incoming calls       

Ideal Candidate:

• A proven track record in sales
• A willingness to prospect for new business
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Formal training in sales/telephone sales will be desirable
• Competence in Microsoft Office
• Punctual, trustworthy and reliable
• An excellent telephone manner
• A methodical, analytical and conscientious approach

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with ½ hour for lunch (flexible working hours can be negotiated).  Hourly salary will be £9 to £11 per hour, dependent on skills.
